We thought of O-key as an extension of your hand, a substitute that does the “dirty” work. Living on the fourth floor of a building, when I leave the house in the morning to go to work, I press the elevator button and then grab the handle of the gate. At the office, I enter the access code to the main entrance, press the button to select my coffee on the machine, push the handle to enter the office… By 8.30 a.m. I have already touched 5 different surfaces.
